She use to give me a little drink of Coke - a-Cola and
wafer cookies as a snack.
One was her mini cheesecake cups (made with vanilla
wafer cookies as the crust), and the other was a chocolate mint brownie recipe passed down from my grandmother.
I used crushed up Oreo cookies for the base or I've used vanilla
wafer cookies as well depending who I'm making them for.

cookies make the best ice cream sandwiches — they soften
as they chill, but won't get soggy like some certain ice cream truck
cookies we won't mention here.
