Remove the
waffle from the
waffle iron and allow it to
cool on a wire
rack.
Turn
on your
waffle maker to get it preheating, line a baking sheet with a
cooling rack and pop it in a 200 * F oven.
I like to let the cooked
waffles cool on a
cooling rack while the others cook, so they stay nice and crispy.
Simply preheat your oven to 200 degrees, lay a
cooling rack over a cookie sheet and lay the cooked
waffles on top.
Then turn the
waffles out
on to a
cooling rack or serve immediately with desired toppings!
