You come as well so statement necklaces, and the very fine, but keep in mind that a wide belt that emphasizes your
waist will be and the better your
bust look
bigger.
And when you have a
big bust, even if you have a tiny
waist and flat stomach, there is the potential to look heavier than you are if the fabric hangs unflatteringly.
This top looks like it nipped in between the
bust and the
waist, but it was actually
big ol' rectangle in real life.

Get a cloth tape measure (or some yarn and a yard stick) and determine the size of your shoulders right at the top (to where it's almost popping off); your
bust at the fullest point (without squishing); then measure your
waist just above your belly button; and your hips — slightly below your hip bone and around the
biggest part of your bum.
I contemplated having major alterations, but with my short
waist and
big bust, it seemed like it would never work.

biggest fear was that this dress would be too short -
waisted for me, creeping up into an empire over my
