I'm not going to be one of those people who tell you that in order to achieve those audacious goals of yours, you need to
wake up ridiculously
early, but I am suggesting that you start
waking up
at least two
hours before you have to be anywhere.

Today I
woke up

early hour of 6:19 am to join my favorite running gals on a 7 - mile run.
So positive in fact that I
