Secondly, co-sleeping usually works for me, but when I

nights he has been falling asleep on me in front
of the Tv and then i am putting him into bed, then he is

My 4.5 mo old recently started sleeping in a stretch
of 10 hrs at
night but has been for the
last week
waking up at 5 am.
For the
last 2
nights she
wakes up screaming at the top
of her lungs for over 10 minutes.
This is generally the
last time I feed him before he
wakes up between 2 - 3 am for his middle
of the
night feeding.

I put her in pull - ups at
night cuz I'm still too scared but she has only

of times in the

So I'm thinking
of weaning him; this also seems appealing as he's become a nursing maniac in the
last month, constantly lifting up my shirt and wanting to nurse, as well as
waking lots in the
night demanding to nurse.

of lights out), until I was pregnant with my son 12 months ago (in my

night, I do change his diaper when he

After a solid month

wake ups for Mama, I instinctively
wake at that time now — even when he does not - like
last night.
Up till the
last month or so, I get up with him in the middle
of the
night on the occasional time he
wakes up, and stay up with him for up to 2 - 3 hours, as he usually takes it to be snack / play time.
The
last session I gave up was the middle
of the
night wake up so that it wasn't really tied to any part
of the day's routine.
I'm still pretty much going off
of her cues for eating and sleeping at this point, except I
wake her up during the day if it's been 4 hours since she ate
last so she eats enough during the day and possibly stays awake enough to realize the difference between day and
night.
She is only a week old but for the
last couple
of nights has only
woken me once for a feed.
I wanted to make sure that my little ones had a full belly when going to bed each
night, so I made those
last feeds just a little bit longer so that they wouldn't get hungry and
wake up in the middle
of the
night.
However,

woke up every two hours, and one
of the times I fed her because she just kept crying, and the doctor said that making her go completely cold turkey with the feedings might be a shock to her system.

Next - I know everyone says try to break the
night feeding habit and that will probably be phase 2 or three
of getting her to sleep all
night, but for now when she

last night the first thing i did was give her a bottle, she wasn't fully awake yet, and she didn't finish it, but sure enough she went back to sleep and was still asleep when i left for work at 6:30 am.
