about 12 times so with a 5 min warmup and 5 min cool down.
If you do have to drive anywhere how
about parking further away from the building than you would normally so that you have to
walk that little
bit further.
There's a little
bit of a heel on these if you like having some height on your shoes, but it's nice and chunky, so there's no need to worry
about comfort or
walking.
You might remember I talked a
bit about getting into exercising a little more and especially
