Named for its characteristic reef development, this

Bunaken National Park off of the north coast from Manado City has been declared, rightfully so, one of the top ten
wall diving destinations in the world, Lembeh Strait is absolutely the undisputed macro capital of the world, and the virgin
dive sites of Wakatobi National Park offer some of the most pristine and diverse diving yet to be discovered on planet earth.
There are 50 or so
dive sites in the park, mostly offering healthy
walls, schools of reef fish and pelagics, plus there are also some very good macro
sites, making the area a unique destination.
Serbete Island in East Flores was another pretty
wall but reef life was less than prolific here so we chose to explore nearby at a
site that none of the Adventure Komodo staff had
dived before.
