You could try using a nut oil such as almond or
walnut oil however I don't think they would taste the same.

walnut hull tincture, cloves, and L - cysteine along with ozonated
oil, to be used together as prescribed.
A high proportion of MUFA, as provided by olive
oil (which contains also squalene, a powerful antioxidant) or canola
oil, with a good amount of omega - 3 (flax
oil,
walnut oil; the latter has much less omega - 3
however) sounds definitely more reasonable than a diet containing 75 % carbs or more.
On page 76
however,
walnut oil is listed as 52 % omega - 6 and only 10 % omega - 3.
