Alright, on a phone you don't
want big bezels taking up room, but when it comes to a tablet you spend a lot of you time with your fingers on the side holding it.

I hold mine by the edges and can't understand why we wouldn't
want to get rid of all / most of the
bezel, get a
bigger size screen and maybe an even smaller than typical 6 ″ footprint.
That thing looks AWESOME - same small
bezels, just slightly
bigger up top to accommodate the webcam, and while it doesn't have a usb - c port, unlike the Dell XPS 13, it has HDMI out so that you don't have to run out and buy a dock right away if you
want to connect it to an external display.
On the front, you'll notice that the
bezels at the top and bottom have been slimmed down, following rumors that Samsung
wants to get as far away from
big bezels as possible.
Apple
wants the new iPad Pro to come without any
bezels, which basically means that the
bigger display can be fitted inside almost the same body as the 9.7 - inch model.
