want excess liquid.

This should take just 5 - 8 minutes or so, until the
excess liquids in the pan are gone (you'll
want them all caramelized onto the walnuts, although they'll look «wet»).
If you cook this in the crock pot your best bet would be to leave the lid off for the last hour with it on high, or if you
want it to go faster then take the
excess liquid out, boil it down in another pot on the stove and put it back in with the chicken for serving.
One thing to note is that after sauteeing the mushrooms you should try to get as much

liquid via lime juice and fish sauce, and you don't
want to end up with a soupy mess.
