want leaner legs but also the rest of my body too.

BUT the endomorph how to get skinny
legs guidelines are more extreme in terms of exercise, so if you really
want to
lean down your
legs specifically, I would follow the endomorph exercise program.
Iv been on a low carb diet for about 8 months now and this have really helped me lose weight and tone up however I'm currently 9 stone 1 and I'm 5» 7 ″ but but I feel my
legs are more muscular and I
want them more
leaner and slim I jog nearly every day and after wards do some other
leg exercises however I feel this isn't helping I can't muscle really quickly and can tone really quick but i would like to lose more weight on my
legs but I'm not sure how to get this any other way I did think of power walking instead of jogging??
But I
wanted to know if those workouts also help with getting
lean legs?

want to be muscly, i
want to be long and

Im 5» 8 135 lbs, I unlike many woman
want to gain weight or better said gain some muscle, I do nt really
want to be too
lean (prefer thicker
legs and a butt please).
If I met someone who
wanted to tone their
legs, add
lean muscle, run faster, jump higher, or just get in better shape, I would recommend very similar
leg exercises.
When lifting the
leg laterally in a tabletop position, you
want to keep the supporting hip stacked directly over the supporting knee; don't
lean over to the side.
