i went on this diet and lost 14 punds in a little
less then a month and it was amazing i kept the weight off because i did nt
want to put it back on it u immediatly start eating millions of
carbs a day ur going to gain the weight back just like any other diet and if you are extremely obese then u need to slowly undergo this diet because obese people consume so many
carbs a day their body may shut down with out them so take it slow.

I'm a registered dietitian who eats a diet containing
less than 50 grams of total
carbs daily and recommends carbohydrate restriction for people who
want to lose weight, control diabetes, improve symptoms of PCOS (polycystic ovary syndrome), or experience better overall health.
I think you
want to eat a balanced diet —
less fat, more
carbs, more micronutrients.
If you
want the gains to be leaner, opt for
less carbs and cleaner
carbs.
Typically diabetics
want to eat a bit
less carbs and more protein than our regular diet, but for most it is only a bit; having a bit of
carbs improves insulin sensitivity and leads to better glycemic control and reduced adrenal stress.
Given that you don't
want too much sodium in your diet, it follows that low
carb vegan probably ends up as a
less healthy diet in general than a whole foods vegan diet.
