wanted to share a really low
sugar alternative as a change.
The thing about ice cream, though, is that most
of the time it's full
of processed
sugar, artificial sweeteners, and
loads of other ingredients that I don't
want to put in my body or theirs.
You will also
want to choose green apples in place
of red apples if you are looking to reduce the glycemic
load and
sugar content
of apples.
The GI is entirely based on the quality
of carbohydrates and
sugars you are intaking, not the quantity (although if you
want to include portion control as well you can look at Glycemic
Load (GL)
of foods, looking for levels < 20).
I also
want to mention that it's not fat free if it's
loaded with
sugar or high fructose corn syrup, especially the latter
of the two.
Number TWO it has been WWWWWAAAAAAYYYYY more than three days (it's been about two weeks) I
want to have my mocha that has the regular amount
of milk and a butt -
