You need to avoid all the foods that you deliberately go for when
you want a sugary food.

want you to be addicted to sugar and continue to buy all of their high profit junk
foods and
sugary drinks which destroy your health.

Getting enough sleep is definitely a factor too, my kiddo is a crap sleeper so I spent the first year sleeping in 1 hour installments, which I'm sure stopped me losing weight (and made me

want nothing more than to be allowed in people's daily diets.

want a chance at impressing that hot young thing you've been admiring at kickboxing class.
