It's the sort of butter you
want to eat on your
toast or saffron
buns and although I used half of it in my brownies, I sort of felt it was a bit of a waste of good butter.
The
buns came out of the oven about 10 minutes ago and are cooling off before he
toasts them on the grill (grill mark fiend), but I did manage to grab one and put a little butter on it to taste test since I didn't
want to serve anything to our guests that as sub par....
