We don't own them and we don't use them at the
beach or at our regular pool, but when we are at a water park we put them on the toddler, who is three, and her sister if she

Those behind the recent surge of development on Trawangan say they
want to preserve the island's natural beauty even as it gets more luxurious, since untrammeled
beaches and tranquil
waves are what ultimately draw tourists.
You may
want to head down the
beach and relax as you listen to the
waves break against the rocks, or explore the historic centre, with its narrow streets lined with interesting shops selling the local products such as Limoncello, the famous drink made from lemons.
The Caribbean
beaches are the best if you are a beginner, are learning how to surf, or are experienced and just
want to get out and catch a few
waves.
We understand that that epic
waves are part of Nicaragua but we also
want to show you that once you leave the
beach after a day of surfing, you will have just as much fun out on the town in San Juan Del Sur or in our surf resort lodging.
The simplest thing to do if you still have your surfboard, get caught in a rip current, and you
want to get out of it, is to point the nose of your board towards the
beach, shift your weight towards the rear of the board, hold on tight, and wait for a
wave to hit you from behind, pushing you in to the
beach.
Anyways, the
wave in Tamarindo is going to be a solid
beach break, with exposed rights and lefts, which gives you the option of choosing what you
want to rip.
Playitas brings in much better
waves, but Manuel Antonio
beach is perfect for beginners or intermediates that
want to perfect their style.
As your surfing progresses you will
want to look at the face of the
wave so instead of riding straight to the
beach you will follow the roll of the
wave.
If you
want real
beach with
waves and sand then the Maroochydore patrolled surf
beach is only a few minutes drive away from your apartment, you could spend the whole day on the
beach or exploring nearby Cotton Tree, Alexandra Headland and Mooloolaba.
Being so close to the
beach means Carcans is the surf camp of choice for those really
wanting to improve their surfing and focus more on catching
waves then making
waves in the local bars....
The Gulley has a wonderful sheltered
beach, ideal for children but if guests
want to catch a
wave Sardinia Bay is just a few kilometres down the coast.
