Anyone who
wants handheld version of Steamworld dig should definitely consider the Nintendo Switch version.
Despite that, if
you want a handheld version of DOOM, I still can't help but recommend it.
Regardless, if you haven't played Gunstar Heroes before or even if you have but
want a handheld version, you can't go wrong with 3D Gunstar Heroes.

version ahead of time just to sink your teeth into while you wait for the
handheld release.

want to feel stupid playing your giant
handheld console than you can slide the Joy - Con controllers off of the Switch and into the included controller grip — though it doesn't have a battery (that
version costs $ 30) and there's an engineering defect that can grossly affect connectivity in that configuration (the solution, presumably, is to purchase a Pro controller for $ 70).
The New Nintendo 3DS XL is the best
version of Nintendo's
handheld yet, but not everyone will
want to upgrade.

want original content that is suitable to a
handheld plattform and not inferior
versions of games that can be played better on a PS3.
It's still a good game and if you
want to have a fun
handheld experience — but if you
want a fuller experience with some really cracking additional features, I would recommend the iOS
version — with the exception of the 3D visuals, I feel Christian Whitehead brought more to the game on mobile than SEGA / M2 did with this one.

Enter the Gungeon is a great
handheld experience because it feels like a much - improved
version of a game I might play on my iPhone (and wish I had a controller for), and if Celeste wasn't on Switch I would
want its lovely pixels and one - more - go precision trials on my Vita or 3DS.
