The secret wink I included in this version is a final drizzle
of warm coconut milk accented with a splash of rose water.
Then drizzle equal
parts warm coconut milk and curry sauce over noodles, seafood or fish dishes for a bright and clean curry.
I added a couple of teaspoons of warmed coconut milk too

warm coconut milk is a pleasant way to help with slightly older kids» growing pains and to help them get a good night's sleep.
Carefully, pour
the warm coconut milk mixture over the warm rice and stir well.
