the only problem I found is how 2 store them; it was a
warm day when I made them so I put them
in the fridge & that wasn't a good idea (2 hard)

warm cookies (I did not abide by the «cool for about 3 to 5 minutes» instruction) almost immediately after I was done with dinner.
I love eating these
cookies while still
warm, although they will keep for several days
