"warm squash" refers to a soft vegetable called squash that is not hot but slightly heated.

If necessary,
warm squash in the microwave or place it bake in the oven for a short time so it will be hot when it is served.
To serve,
place warm squash halves on plates and gently pull out some strands of «spaghetti» to make a pocket of sorts.
To reheat,
warm the squash in the oven for 15 minutes at 350ºF, and while that is heating stir the quinoa in a skillet over medium heat until heated through.
Pour over
the warm squash and let stand for 20 minutes.
For added creaminess and an addictive flavor, I like to drizzle a tahini lemon sauce on top of
the warm squash before serving.
In a food processor, add
the warm squash, vegetable stock, coconut milk, and almond butter.
Toss the tomatoes with the arugula and vinaigrette and then add
the warm squash.
