sugar if it feeds candida i was following the gaps diet it was working well until i started eating kefier a fermented food i was also drinking the juice of pickles which seemed ok but the keifer is not working is my guess but its hard to trust myself as it suppose to be so good and packed with healthy bacteria to help with constipation etc...
