weather - appropriate Christmas
attire often means shorts and t - shirts in place of
warm boots and sweaters.
First of all, the cook needs to be properly
attired for frosty
weather: insulated socks (or battery operated hunter's socks), thermal boots, a
warm jacket or insulated parka, and a knit cap make cold -
weather cooking almost bearable.
Tights, a crinoline or slip (crinolines do an awesome job of keeping you
warm in the winter), heavier weight skirt or dress, cardigan or sweater, and vintage winter coat make up my usual cold
weather attire, with heavy weight repro denim (I swear by my beloved Freddies of Pinewood jeans) for my causal days or if I'm going to be walking though much snow.
Any good style sites or easy style upgrades from
warm to Chic Snow Lodge Lady (but in a city worker sort of way) or even chic winter office
attire (but for really cold
weather where you are outdoors / walking a lot in your commute)?
But now that the East Coast is getting what might be the last of its crazy winter
weather, I thought people might finally be excited about summer
