was the rebel leader in 1983's «Return of the Jedi» known for her awesome hologram battle presentation on how to destroy Death Star 2.0.
I mean, you can't look at a kid and know, «Oh, that kid will grow up to
be a rebel leader who will save the world.»

So part of my motivation for writing this book
is that I'd love for
leaders of organizations to think differently and model their
rebel talent — but also make opportunities for employees to do the same.
The 25 men and women listed below — from different parts of the world and across different industries — have, for better or worse,
been the
rebels, icons and
