I find I prefer to wear a liner with it in case of leaks (more like spotting), and have found that just wiping it clean between uses is fine and I
wash it with soapy water in the shower every
day during my
cycle.
Here is a general idea of what you will need based on a two
day wash cycle.

wash cycles one of my very first RagaBabes went through before it bit the dust, and it was just over 1700 rounds in the

BUT, you do have to
wash on hot, you do need a good rinse
cycle (we recommend a warm rinse
cycle over a cold one for this product), your diapers need to be
washed frequently (meaning daily or every other
day), and if you have hard water or well water you may need a water softener to aid in your
washing.

days of removing the insert at
wash time, with Thirsties Duo diapers the insert will remove itself during the
wash cycle, this is awesome!
