Think of your emotions as a film you're
watching on Netflix: Just as you don't have control over the characters or the plot in the film, you can't control the way you feel in
reaction to an event or situation.
Fury and anger is
not the ideal
reaction a consumer should have to

The audience does
not exactly have an emotional
