watched calm home birth videos, had a pregnancy blessing with all of my most cherished female friends; and hired a fabulous doula to make sure that I had the best possible chance of achieving what I needed for myself and my baby.
The thought of staying at
home in your PJs and
watching TV in between your baby's crying episodes may seem like a good option, but getting out and about may help
calm your little one down.
