While I quite (tip of the spear) like
watching the die roll mechanics play out, it becomes (couple times) repetetive and annoying to watch (and hear) reroll after reroll due to ties.

The three o'clock kick offs are usually the best moment for
die - hard Premier League fans, as they sit down and
watch Gillette Soccer Saturday to see the goals
roll in.
Even facing your first boss monster or two can be almost laughable as you spam your favorite (i.e. strongest) special attacks and
watch them
roll over and
die with little resistance.
While you can
watch the individual battles play out, all of the
die rolls, calculations, and ability triggers take place behind the scenes.
As courts
roll out deeply absurd and / or unworkable rulings on things like cell phones and texting, I'm reminded of what it was like to
watch the law in the late 1990s, when everyone — judges and otherwise — was utterly confounded by these «mp3s» and certain we'd never really have to deal with them because they were some esoteric thing that would probably
die out.
