We actually got the idea when
watching a cooking show with the kids, and since I was not going to use the corn syrup and
processed sugar that the TV recipe suggested, the healthy marshmallow experimenting began!

sugars from candies, cakes, and sweetened drinks.
Processed sugars include all chemically - derived
sugars (make sure to read ingredient lists), and
watch out particularly for ingredients ending in «ose» or «ol.»

watching the documentary Fed Up, Kelsey began taking her diet and health to another level, cutting out
processed foods and added
sugar.
You can help by avoiding
sugar,
processed foods, too much caffeine etc but I recommend

I recently recommitted to a completely vegan diet (plus I
watch my
sugar intake, seldom eat
processed foods, and cut out alcohol and dessert) and I gained weight.
Watch out for the added
sugars (listed below) in
processed foods.
Of course, I avoid
processed sugar and I am now
watching the gluten.
