Whether you use them raw, boiled or from a can, sliced
water chestnuts work well in soups and any type of salad, including egg, tuna or chicken salad.

Almond flour (not for AIP),
water chestnut flour, cassava flour, should all
work.
Tapioca and regular sweet potato flour will most likely also
work, while I have yet to test
water chestnut flour or coconut flour.
