There's many things it could be, valve, oil
pump,
water pump, radiator fan, loose motor mounts, and many other
issues.

The GM service bulletin 14371A describes the
issue with a leaking
water pump in the 2012 - 2014 Sonic with the 1.4 L engine.

water pumps and it doesn't seem like the repairs have really been worth it.

There were some
issues with leaking
water pumps in early models, but other than that, reported problems are mostly minor.
It has 199k miles on it and has only had a few minor
issues (1)
water pump went out around 140k miles, replaced, (2) began using coolant at a slow rate but no leaks.

The tires are an extra cost, but at least two of the tires on the Durango were just about ready to be replaced, and maintenance of a few «
issues» on the Durango (
water pump, exhaust, plus some niggling minor things), were going to cost me more than a set of tires for the Aspen.
there have been
issues with driver side window, alternator,
water pump, low tire pressure sensors, and nothing is a cheap fix.

water damage we've had: — refrigerator in an upstairs condo was installed incorrectly and the ice maker gradually leaked over a 3 - day weekend, saturating the floor, insulation, and into the unit below — bottom floor of a duplex was flooded when the sump
