Faced with black
water stains again, I would have an air test done.

Wash the
stained items
again in the hottest
water suitable for the fabric but do not add any detergent or fabric softener.
Rinse your teaspoon with
water, then use it
again to carefully drop one teaspoon of peroxide (from your peroxide cup) across one row of different
stains, adding a teaspoon of peroxide to an ink, a ketchup and a coffee
stain.
I exfoliated
again using a baking soda and
water paste and got the
stain off.
Wiping back and forth to apply it just carries the pigment and dries out the
water, so if there is too much pigment in the
stain, the application drags, and with the evaporating
water, there would
again be just streaks of color.
