recipe to a T but the only thing I can think of is I didn't drain enough of the
water from the
zucchini... Do you have a good way to make sure it's really dry?

There was a small amount of
water but the
recipe is smart because it tells you to cook the marinara sauce until it's pretty thick, so when the
zucchini releases a bit of
water, it just makes it more saucy instead of watery.

recipe, I have adapted it a little and use fresh from the coconut, flesh instead of
zucchini and add a little fresh coconut
water, cacao butter and a teaspoon of maca... love this.
