Ok so this mornings surf recon on the Outer Reefs here in Tuban was still showing some nice
waves peeling of in the head to double head high plud region between Kuta Reef and Airport Left Right.
And there were some nice little
waves peeling off on the Main break right in front of the new resort.
The Outside Racetrack also had
some waves peeling off in the 6 - 10ft range as well while the tide was still low enough.
But I did hear by mid to late morning Kuta Reef had a solid crowd on it and some nice
waves peeling off wih a light on shore wind.
Earlier the wind was a faint Northerly of 1knot and Kuta Reef had some fun looking
waves peeling off in the 2 - 3ft + range.
Pulling into the almost empty car park at 7.15 AM to see a couple of solid well over head
waves peeling off down the beach at Kmas.
Wednesday 7th June: Crisp clean offshore morning, swell decrease but still nice overhead
waves peeling off the points.
Arriving around 6.45 AM for our first glimpse of what looked to be like the best I've ever seen
the waves peeling off from the point right through the middle section.
With a little more southerly direction in the swell today there were
waves peeling off from Kongs right down to Speedies.
Arriving just after 7.00 AM to see 3 - 4ft +
waves peeling off for 150mtrs and only a handful of surfers in the water.
We hung out until midday and there was still clean
waves peeling through with only 10 left in the water.
Serangan had some nice
waves peeling off in the 3 - 5ft range but still totally out of contral with the usual amount of surf schools and kooks on soft tops plumeting out of the lips.
Troy up at Balian has texted through to us to tell of light off shore wind, head to well over head high
waves peeling off both left and right with hardly any other surfers in the area.
The boys were once again happy to see some perfect
waves peeling off both left and right in the head to just about double head high on the bigger set waves.
We were down at Uluwatu and there were actually a few ok
waves peeling off on Temple's and on the Main Peak.
At 7.00 AM there were some long
waves peeling off from Money Tree's all the way down to the Launch Pad.
Arriving at 7.00 AM to see some absolutely perfect
waves peeling off on Keramas in the 3 - 5ft range.
Although at 6.45 Am there was still some nice sized head to well over head set
waves peeling off perfectly on Middle Reef.
And backing that up with this mornings 8.30 AM surf check on the Outer Reefs of Tuban to see some perfect 3 - 4 footers (head to over head high)
waves peeling perfectly down the line on Kuta Reef.
We could hear the waves before we could see them so everyone was stoked to see some solid 3 - 4ft +
waves peeling off.
The tide was still a touch too low for KR and AL at the time but I'm sure they both would have had some perfect
waves peeling off when the wind finally swung back to the SE around late morning.
Wave height at Medewi was in the chest to over head class with left hand
waves peeling off for up to 200mtrs.
The boys hit the road long before sun rise and pulled into the car park right on 7.00 AM to find some perfect little chest to slightly over head high
waves peeling off for a good 100trs +.
With the tide now running in there were plenty of chest to well over head high set
waves peeling off on the point and middle sections with only 8 surfers in the line up (on arrival that is).
On arrival @ 6.45 AM the waves and conditions were looking good with clean and glassy
waves peeling off in the 2 - 3ft sector.
By mid morning there were head to double head high plus
waves peeling off down through Moneytree's.
The tide was still running out at the time but Middle Reef did have a few fun looking head high
waves peeling off.
As you come in by plane you can see
the waves peeling away.
Playa San Miguel has a beach break that offers several
waves peeling to the right and to the left.
The barrelling
wave peels the entire way from Snapper to Greenmount Beach, making this break a must - do for serious surfers.
There are a couple rocks / boils where the main peak is and then
the wave peels all the way in front of the parking lot next to Robert's hotel.
It takes specific conditions to make
waves peel, mentioned below:
Middle Reef had the biggest waves and I did see a few tripple head high
waves peel off with no one on them.
Nothing special for Bali wave standards but there was the odd waist to chest high
wave peeling off with only a couple of surfers on it.
From there we took a run down to Balangan beach and watched a few
waves peel off from up in the car park.

waved for 5 minutes, left the
peel on, but think next time might
peel them regular cooking oil 3/4 each of blue berries and rasp berries..
Drivers
