I would like to know the
best way to incorporate the
butter into the mix without losing its healthy fats.

butter with plant based milk (like almond or soy milk), so I can make my overnight oatmeal / chia seeds breakfast?
I find that the
best way to enjoy potato skins is to take all the pulp from the potatoes and mix that up with sour cream,
butter, bacon etc, the put it back into the potato «canoe» as I call them before that last bake - basically a potato skin filled with mashed potatoes and topped with chives and sour cream!
The reason I give you this recipe is store bought sun
butter is never like homemade and to me this one is
way better done with homemade sunbutter — it's just totally different!

For he frosting — if you have any coconut manna (

best but if not just use double the coconut oil and maybe use a little less liquid but either
way I think it will be fine.

Hi Carolyn — Cinnamon Toast is a different from French toast with cinnamon and sugar, in the
best of
ways, IMHO, because the
butter, sugar and cinnamon caramelize together first to form a delicious crust on the bread.
It's about the comfort they give us in knowing that no matter what happened in our day, if we mix together

way... all is
