Shoes, coats, and bags have
a way of piling up in an entryway, never quite making it to the closet.
But they had
a way of piling it all together, that created this very unique experience to an equally unique (and huge) fan base.

of greens with tons
of other fun ingredients like avocado, olives, and grilled zucchini for a much more refreshing
way to get your omega - 3s.
I can't think
of a better
way to celebrate the return
of summer than with a plate

of sloppy joe nachos, a glass
of giggle juice, and toes in freshly cut grass.
They're also a great
way to make a dent in the growing
pile of courgettes...
Though the smørrebrød pictured here appear simple — merely buttered bread topped with vivid green lettuce, a
pile of shrimp, creme fraiche, cucumber, and lemon — the results are satisfying in a
way that an ordinary sandwich, hastily thrown together and squished flat for transport to be eaten at work or on the go, isn't.

A fast and easy
way to get this done, is to
pile the leaves on top
of each other and then roll them up.
Now... if you could just figure out a
way to eliminate the calories, so I can eat two & a half
PILES of this stuff, then I'd be even MORE grateful!
At this point the onions can be used in all kinds
of ways: in soup, on burgers, pizzas, cooked with a little balsamic and placed under salmon or halibut,
piled onto a pork sandwich.
Oh, and by the
way, eating that salad was virtually impossible because
of how high I

You'll be surprised how quickly a spiralizer can turn a whole zucchini into a
pile of zoodles ready to be prepared any
way you want.
Green juices are a fabulous
way of getting nutrients straight into your body, and it's a lot easier to gulp a juice down than it would be to munch through
piles of leafy greens such as kale, spinach and even swiss chard.
At the moment I rely a lot on tofu to give my meals staying power, but I could happily chomp my
way through a
pile of chickpeas if given half a chance!
Top with a generous amount
of fresh berries in any artistic
way you like, add a few mint leaves, don't be shy about
piling them on.
I have a surfeit
of carrots at the moment, so this was a
way to start making a dent in the
