Iv been on a low
carb diet for about 8 months now and this have really helped me lose weight and tone up however I'm currently 9 stone 1 and I'm 5» 7 ″ but but I feel my legs are more muscular and I want them more leaner and slim I jog nearly every day and after wards do some
other leg exercises however I feel this isn't helping I can't muscle really quickly and can tone really quick but i would like to lose more weight on my legs but I'm not sure how to get this any
other way I did think of power walking instead of jogging??

I had a nice little dish the
other night where it was just grass - fed, some cut - up onions, and it was a hollowed out squash and we just put it in the squash and a little bit of coconut milk mixed in there and it was phenomenal, and you can get a little bit of
carbs that
way.
I personally don't support the high
carb diet or freelee the banana girl because
other things work for my body better, and I've seen results from
other people eating the same
way I do.
When we want to work out what a low -
carb diet is, the
other way that we can do that is to look at it in terms of ketogenesis.
Our parents, on the
other hand, ate the low - fat high -
carb way, and started dropping like flies in their 40s and 50s from heart disease, diabetes, cancer, and stroke.
The only
other thing I can think of is the
way the meals are planned, eg many small meals but
carbs / proteins / fats are not «mixed» or balanced at each meal.

other thing I did in addition to taking contrave is that I have cut out most
carbs that I once ate
way to much or like bread, beer, French fries, baked potatoes, white rice and my old favorite Thai food noodles.
It is my impression from reading the original paper (which is also the graph that Dr. Greger showed in the video) that meat / fish increased «insulin to glucose ratio» higher than fruits and
other carbs, not the actual insulin level (which was the
other way around).
By the
way I think I have a very low tolerance to
carbs, as as soon I eat blueberries, I end up eating more, and then adding
other low GI food, but then can't stop myself.
Your body still needs some glucose or sugar to function like parts of your brain and blood but I never seen this point before it is a good point I need to look more into it but as I'm aware it doesn't say eat no
carbs and some of those
carbs is still good to come from good vegetables such as sweet potato and such and some of it from good sugar such as fruit but I do know some people have seen an improvement in their thyroid function those who have thyroid problems since eating this
way but perhaps it can be a trigger for those long term eaters who see
other problems arising in the metabolism and thyroid conditions but most of them are founded to be not avoiding certain sensitive trigger foods which has helped
others when avoided
Here is what I realised when counting total
carbs & staying very low - you have to: 1) add supplements because there is no
way you can get all your magnesium and
other micronutrients 2) add probiotics to avoid constipation 3) People do lose weight when counting total
carbs only because there is not much you can eat and you become bored & prefer to skip meals (just like I did).
im not against low
carb at all, keto or original atkins are not my favorite
ways to approach it, but Im very much in favor of certain types of low
carb diets, particularly higher protein, diets with moderate
carb restriction... i use low
carb, hi - protein for contest prep myself... unfortunately, what pervades much of the low
carb world still today, is this belief that calories do nt matter or calories do nt count or what you alluded to, that you can have a calorie deficit and not lose fat... whats really happening is that low
carb / higher protein can be a very good
way to automatically control appetite and calorie intake, and is also often important for some peoples health given their metabolic status (not very
carb tolerant, etc)... its also unfortunate that many in the low
carb community are among the ones to suggest that exercise is a waste of time, etc etc, which is also not true and does great disservice to many who listen... low
carb does nt work due to some voodoo or because the law of thermodynamics does nt apply... it works mainly because it controls calories and for some people, helps them achieve calorie deficit better than
other diets... when folks show up here and suggest «i was in a calorie deficit but wasnt losing» or «exercise does nt work» thats when we cant help but grimace... or chuckle...
The only
way this data would come out as a nice straight line is if Ironman finishing time depended ONLY on
carb intake, and was totally independent of training, experience, talent, gender, body size, and innumerable
other factors.

carb ketogenic diet with high ketone levels is the best
way to lose weight.

carbs because there's no
other way.

carbs — which is
WAY lower than any
other yogurts I've seen.
For example, if tribes migrate (d) to a certain locale or are forced out of an ideal
way of life due to cataclysm etc, (such as leaving fruit bearing tropical climates due to sea level rise in ancient prehistory as seen from underwater megalithic stone temples from around the world) then that does nt mean their
way of life currently is the most ideal that the body thrives on, such as «paleo» diet or atkins diet or
other FAD BULLSHIT low
carb, high fat diets that are EXTREMELY HARMFUL AS CITED CONCLUSIVELY.
The vitamin C present in meat, along with the vitamin C sparing effect of low
carb diets is enough to prevent scurvy, even without going out of your
way to eat liver or
other organs.
There are a lot of
ways to do this, but all of them have this in common: you eat more calories and
carbs on certain days than
others.
