Well, I'm pretty sure I can come up
with 1000
ways to use an
ice cream scoop.
The whole affair is finished
with a cloud of rich, chocolaty Italian meringue frosting, my favorite
way to
ice a cake.
If you're a little tighter on space, a few days in advance, fill a few
ice trays
with the actual cocktail or mocktail you're making, and freeze — another great
way to keep your drinks cold without diluting the flavour too much.
They also have a
way with hand rolls, and if the uni hand roll didn't taste of the ocean, you would think you were eating an
ice cream cone.
The picture above is right out of the freezer,
with soft - serve texture — I love it this
way but it doesn't really show the chunky little bits of chocolate peanut butter that are scattered throughout the
ice cream.
Just about every time I do a cake, I end up
with the butter cream
icing way too thick, so it doesn't smooth out at all, and ends of looking like cement!

icing, even though I covered it
