BRUSSELS (Reuters)- The European Union on Wednesday urged the Romanian parliament to reconsider recent judicial reforms, which critics say
weaken judicial independence.
The United States notes with concern that the Parliament of Romania is considering legislation that could undermine the fight against corruption and
weaken judicial independence in Romania.
The Moroccan constitution provides for an independent judiciary, and, as in previous years, NGOs asserted that corruption and extrajudicial influence
