Although having to go through IVF and gestational diabetes and 2 c - sections and Joey's NICU / nursery stays and both kids self

milk when you need to sleep, hold off on introducing baby food until much closer to 1 year old

breasts that are so full of
milk you think they will explode so also have lanolin and / or nipple cream in the house, and nurse or pump well before you let yourself become engorged and in pain).
