A new weapon, vehicle, and attachments are all now available on the Steam test server along with
weapon balance changes in Update # 12.
If you still aren't happy
with weapon balancing or mobility in Destiny 2, there are big changes on the horizon.
A larger studio will stick five individual designers
on weapon balance for eight months — but you can't do that at a small indie studio.
As part of an incoming
weapon balance patch, level 3 helmets will become part of care packages only.
This update includes a range
of weapon balance adjustments, a gear tab on the cutomization menu where you'll be able to change your parachute skin; and the game lobby now supports multiple languages (including Ukranian which is the latest language to come to the game)
In a new forum post, Destiny co-community manager, Chris «Cosmo» Shannon revealed new developer insight into the current
weapon balancing issues within the game.
You can take a look at the patch notes to take a look at the other fixes such
as weapon balancing and better rewards but let's be honest, Ubisoft just wants players in The Division to turn on each other.
The version 2.00 update also introduces the handy Dragonproof Mantle (which will be quite handy against Deviljho) as well as some game system changes and a number of

By the time Season 3 hits in May, the majority of changes and fixes will be live,
including weapon balancing changes, Nightfall upgrades, and the introduction of the ranked PvP mode.
This has led to all sorts of gripes throughout the years, as whenever Bungie tweaks Destiny's
weapon balance for PvP, it can have a negative impact on PvE and vice versa.
The collected developers happily
discuss weapon balancing, car handling and all the other minutiae of a title which has already won over an army of beta - testing fans.
The
baffling weapon balancing doesn't help things either on the multiplayer front with some pick - ups being pretty much useless in the face of much more overpowered options.
It is highly unlikely that an opportunity to add more to the rotating gear and
weapon balance cycle will be fluffed.
Inadequate Artificial Intelligence and
lopsided weapon balance provide further resistance to a game that could have been so much more.
However, there are still going to be problems that bug the community and which will remain a pain for a while, though a lot of these do come down to
weekly weapons balancing.
Illogical weapon balance can be necessary to make weapons feel distinct from each other — after all there'd be no point picking up an M1A1 Carbine if it felt exactly the same as an M1 Garand — but the balance is all over the place.
Titanfall has the finely
tuned weapon balance of the first Halo (another game with few weapons) and the real parkour of Mirror's Edge; I loved both those games, and this is their love child I've always wanted.
No need to worry
about weapon balance or spawn camping or any of that other nightmarish stuff that separates the CODs from the dead fish in the water.
Now, with the Xbox Live connected console, games can be patched to fix, among other things, «

The developer said they will continue to improve the game, and published a list of upcoming changes currently being investigated such
as weapon balancing, harsher quit penalties, and competitive cross-play with the PC version.

There are plenty of smaller tweaks that may catch veterans off such as adjusted grenade physics and
new weapon balancing, including oddly powerful SMG's.
Finally, the update introduces a number
of weapon balance changes, including an increase in great sword damage, an increase in the stun values of the hammer, an attack power increase for the hunting horn, and a reduction in the difficulty of using the lance.
Since I prefer PvE in most games I might not be the best person to criticize
the weapon balancing in a competitive game, but it would be nice to see some equality with the different weapon types.

We also had Jagen, Draug, Gordin, Merric, Abel, and Cain as other candidates, but when we think of
weapon balance, we couldn't pick just one from them, so we ended up omitting the Altean characters.
If the Camera, Frame Rate and UI problems were fixed, as well as
the weapon balancing and a few other things there'd be a wholly likeable game here but as it stands there's just not alot to like about it...
Sure, you look around long enough, some huge Halo fan will be able to tell you differences in
weapon balancing or suchlike, unfortunately I am not the right person to discuss the minutia of MP Halo with, I am just a bloke who plays it every now and then.
For example, Halo: Combat Evolved had
some weapon balance issues (I'm looking at you, pistol), and Halo 4 didn't have a very fleshed - out Promethean faction, especially in the way of enemy variety.
The reverberations of this design decision are everywhere: the tech tree,
the weapon balance, the geography, the story progression, the loot, even the interface.
Seriously — Ubisoft has tweaked just about everything in the game, from the way players use menus to the game's streetlights to
weapon balance to how the Dark Zone works.
In Destiny's December update, players can expect the release of 15 new Exotics, class changes, and
weapon balances.
PS3 users get rent - a-servers, paid unlocks,

The Fortnite team has published a new Dev Update video featuring Lead System Designer Eric Williamson and his take on

The framerate and

Another problem I have with the game — which in fairness, is present in a lot of shooters - is
the weapon balancing.
In the interim, the next big change to look forward to will be
the weapon balance update at the end of March, which coincides with the return of Rumble and 6v6 Iron Banner.
In the December update for the monumental World War I shooter, Battlefield 1, a new map,
weapon balances and general bugfixes are all hitting the game today.
