Capes and scarves are the typical go - to's however they can feel heavy at times
wearing bulky layers all day can be tiring.
I get cold easily but I'm not a fan of
wearing bulky layers or jackets, especially on my days off when I'm running errands or lounging around the house.

Whether or not others can tell you're pregnant might even depend on something as simple as the time of year; if you're
wearing lots of
bulky clothes and
layers in the winter, your pregnancy will be much less obvious than it would be in the summer.

One thing that I love about the new season is less
layers which means you can actually
wear statement jewelry and accessories that can be seen instead of hiding under that
bulky winter coat.
The cardigan is not really that warm on its own but is a great non
bulky layer to
wear over a tee and under a coat when it's really cold and it would carry well though the warmer months too.
It's also a great
layering piece because it isn't
bulky, and I can see myself
wearing it with a military inspired jacket and a pair of dark jeans too.
I have been
wearing my over the knee boots nonstop lately and
layered a warm, but less
bulky sweater under a white blazer for this look.
I don't like to
wear a lot of
layers or feel like I'm super bundled up like a snowman - I definitely still like being able to move around without
bulky sweaters inhibiting my movements.
If you're
wearing a sweater over your button - down, you can always add a blazer on top, but most blazers aren't cut to house
bulky layers underneath.
