I've been asked this question several times by well - meaning friends who have already planned

On
holiday it gets me

week - «a skiving expedition», my wife used to call it.

Clear
out the
holiday stress and start the year with an amazing
week of yoga, fitness, martial arts, nutrition, relaxation and adventure on one of the world's most beautiful islands.
I love
holiday baking and this year is especially hard for me as I can't get in the kitchen to bake (we have no stove, the fridge is outside, and we can't use the main level all
week but I did pull the stove
out and hook it up to make muffins yesterday and I haven't turned it on in over a month!
I know that there is never a good time to do it, so several
weeks ago I bit the bullet and blocked
out this
week for a

My favorite
holiday memory is when my family used to go to the tree farm to pick
out a tree and put our name on it, then returning a few
weeks later to have it cut down.
Back in July I found
out that I would start my new job in a few

For me specifically I always remember

Our anniversary was actually on Monday, but we were both so worn
