I
'm currently doing Resistance Training about 3 times a
week, HIIT about 2 times (not
sprint though, more like at home HIIT) and power walk about 2 times for 45 minutes each.
I
'm 5ft 6.5 inches and weigh 11stone, I exercise around 4 - 5 times a

am now doing your hill
sprints and glute bridges and having even more amazing results with them i do them twice a
week and my glutes and legs have got bigger and firmer so thank you!
Got rid of the scale, doing some quick stroller tabata
sprints in the mornings, fitting in weights in the afternoon while my son watches a tv show (i
'm not stressing about that short time), getting a massage once a

Is this enough should i
be doing more time or longer

am also doing weight training as I

week weights / resistant training.

is fairly intense and then 3 or 4 times a

Is it possible to accomplish this by just doing a couple of short
sprint workouts per
week and doing hour - long walks or bike rides on the other days?

been trying to make my life around the Primal Blueprint approach, which Mark Sisson talks about lifting heavy things 2 times a
week, relax, do some
sprints once a
week, relax, play outside, and relax some more.
Trying to cram too much weight loss over your 12
week diet
is as detrimental as running your 10 miles at
sprint speed.
