week of Flag Football..

week of Flag Football that their opponent for this Week didn't even want to show up!
Week 6 will be our first week of Softball and then we close the Regular Season with
another week of Flag Football.

We had a full slate
of Flag Football action on Sunday for
Week 2 in Austin.
Week 2 was supposed to be a
Week where half the League played in the first ever All Sports Series Kickball games while the other half
of the League stepped outdoors for the first time for some
Flag Football..
Playoff Scenario: The best part
of next
week for these 2 squads is that next Sunday they play each other in
Flag Football!
They've had some Games rescheduled for later in the Season and actually have both a
flag football double header next Monday looming and a Hoops double header in the final
week of the season.
This is a rematch from the final
week of the regular season where Team Saltzberg got the W in
Flag Football.
Tuesday Night was another beautiful night for some
Flag Football and we had a full slate
of Week 2 action taking place..
This past
week the Co-Ed League had pretty much a taste
of everything with teams playing
Flag Football, Hoops and 16 ″ Softball..
They dropped a heartbreaker in the best - played
Flag Football Game
of the
Week.
The Austin League moved outside for the first time in its existence for a
Week of Softball and
Flag Football action.
Week 6 will be the Volleyball Tourney where a ton
of points are on the line and then the Regular Season finale will be
Flag Football.
They look ahead now to
Week 2
Flag Football when they take on # 2 SAE in the StudentCity Game
of the
Week!
However I can't comment to their
flag football skills just yet because they were victims
of a late game scratch from their opponents this
week.
They exploded on Wednesday Night for 51 points which was easily the most in either
of the two
Flag Football weeks.
Based on the athleticism
of this group I think they will have no problem with
Flag Football in the coming
weeks... Their season will come down to how they swing the bats..

of the Top - 5 this
week after dropping
Flag Football to Team Theta Chi on Wednesday Night.
I can't speak
of their
flag football skills but based on what I have seen the last two
weeks I expect big things!
They will face their greatest test thus far in
Week 3 when they face # 5 ZBT in their best sport
of Flag Football.
They fell to Team Delts SO in
Flag Football this past Wednesday Night but still find themselves in a good spot entering the final
week of the Regular Season..
They come in fourth this
week but with
Flag Football looming in a few
weeks, I expect these guys to be near the top coming into the final
weeks of the season!
The winners
of those Games will join the Top 6 Seeds in the Elite8 Round (also Softball)... The Final4 moves to
Flag Football and the Championship will take place on the Hoops Court... In just a few short
weeks a new Team will be wearing the Champaign Crown and earn a FREE Barn Dance at Farm Lake Barn!

week the League shifts back to Flag Football to make - up the Games from a few weeks ago before one more slate of Hoops Games for Week 7 to conclude the Regular Sea

There were many games last night as we had
Week 6 Softball games and a couple
of make - up
Flag Football games from
Week...
They are in the teeth
of their schedule currently as they have Team Maione coming up in
Flag Football next
week in what will be another battle
of Championship hopefuls.
Both squads should be proud to just get to this point... This Game is actually a rematch
of a
Flag Football Game that was played in the final
week of the Regular Season..
I settled on # 4... now let me tell you why... They have still picked up wins in 2 sports and even with the L in
Flag Football this
week, it is a strength
of theirs.
Back up into the Top 10 this
Week is Team McNichols who got their 2nd W
of the Season on Monday Night in
Flag Football over Team SpringCM.
This
week was the first
Flag Football week of the Summer and as always there were some great plays, crazy finishes and a little extra-curricular stuff between a few teams.
They shouldn't rest on their laurels, it only gets tougher from here on out... If they can secure one more W next
week in
Flag Football they should rise in the Standings just enough to avoid a Top seed in the first round or two
of the Playoffs.

Flag Football field where both Teams can certainly feel confident.
