Anyway, after a
week there I've come back feeling revitalised and ready for life again, I also got lots
of inspiration for ideas that I'll be sharing with you soon!
Ever since receiving my copy a few
weeks ago, I've been floating on a cloud
of cooking
inspiration, and I've already made the French Onion Lentil Pots, Roasted Chili Basil Lime Tofu Bowls, Mustard - Roasted Broccoli Paté, Lazy Steel Cut Oatmeal, Fudgy Nut and Seed Butter Brownies (twice), plus the two recipes in this post, all to insanely good results.
Kris Carr is the biggest
inspiration I watched her film «Crazy Sexy Cancer» a couple
of weeks ago and have ordered all her books.
Last
week's National Iced Tea Day, National Doughnut Day earlier this month... These holidays are a lot
of fun for bloggers who use them as
inspiration for their blog and social media posts.
We are simple dinner eaters around here — we stick to the basics most nights
of the
week — protein, starchy carb, veggies and we choose a spice
inspiration to make our meal interesting.
I've got so much
inspiration, knowledge and great recipes from this blog hop every
week and I really hope you get as much out
of it as I have.
Frankly, it came as an
inspiration when I decided to clean out the fruit drawer
of my refrigerator and get rid
of those gala apples that had been in there for a couple
of weeks.
Instead
of shoving the leftovers into the fridge and hoping that
inspiration will strike, I'm intentional with what I want to do with them, which also takes the guesswork out

inspiration, my contribution is this: I make sassyradish's version
of harissa roasted chicken every
week.
Browsing through all your recipes was one
of my
inspirations for some tofu I cooked last
week.
So, even though I may not be making all these recipes this Christmas, it's
inspiration for another time and hopefully I will get to make one
of them this
week....

I was tempted just to make plain vanilla cupcakes this
week but
inspiration struck me when I was watching the World Cup: black and white cupcakes, inspired by the colors
of a soccer ball.
It's a question I ask myself every
week as I make out my grocery list Although I have a great collection
of my own recipes that I rotate through on a regular basis, I'm always on the lookout for new ideas and
inspiration.
Actually, for me, seeing my results after just a few

Porridge, quinoa, millet, chia seed pudding and bircher muesli all vie for selection and although it is more frequently me who orchestrates this morning madness, I have to admit that my boyfriend provided the
inspiration for this particular recipe when he whipped up a version
of it for us a few
weeks ago.
The
inspiration for these pancakes came from a batch
of brownies that I made for a potluck last
week.
You may have spied me at Deliciously Ella's book launch last
week — it was a lot
of fun, and pretty surreal to get to speak to one
of my biggest
inspirations!
