running doing HIT and I have just walked a lot doing yoga no stressful work out even one day a

week, and swim twice a
week, and this but with dips and pullups more for arms..
Trying to cram too much weight loss over your 12
week diet is as detrimental as
running your 10 miles at
sprint speed.
