I recently started making big batches and freezing them for
weekday breakfasts with my little guy and it has made the mornings so much easier.
They are super yummy and I think will be a perfect grab - n - go
weekday breakfast with a glass of milk.

with raisins, cinnamon and seeds or nuts sprinkled over a dollop of soy yoghurt on the top.

My favorite
weekday breakfast is Liberte Sweet Cream yogurt
with my homemade granola.
Since I've prepared it for
weekday breakfasts I've kept it simple and omitted the cheese but added harissa paste to the yogurt and chickpea / mung bean sprouts along
with the avo.
During the
weekdays — my
breakfasts usually consist of a smoothie, yogurt
with granola, some fruit or some oatmeal that can cook while I'm drying my hair and putting on my makeup.
It takes a little more time and attention than a quick
weekday breakfast, and it's loaded
with all the green and crunchy things that spring provides to us this time of year — sugar snaps, snow peas, asparagus, greens and broccoli.

weekday breakfast is a much simpler version — a scrambled egg,
with greens or chopped up veggies — basically whatever chopped up veggies I happen to have around, and a little cheddar cheese.

with hurried
weekday morning schedules.

breakfast bread is almost like a pizza
with eggs on top, only it's healthier, definitely quicker to cook, and works just as well for a busy
weekday morning
with the kids as it does for a weekend brunch
with friends.

with 1/4 cup low fat Greek yoghurt, 4 strawberries and 125 ml skim milk Morning tea: Banana and regular skim latte Lunch: Beef salad

with 3/4 cup of dill risotto served
with steamed broccoli, carrot and green bean, plus 1 large square of dark chocolate
WEEKDAY Breakfast: 2 scoops of Optimal Protein Powder
with 120 ml of rice milk, 1/2 cup of organic frozen fruit, 113 g of Greek yoghurt, 1/2 a teaspoon of stevia and cinnamon sprinkled on top Morning tea: Power cake — one rice cake
with 1 tablespoon of raw sunflower seed butter, topped
with sliced fruit Lunch: Optimal Cleanse shake Afternoon tea: Home - made turkey jerky
with sliced apples Dinner: Chicken quinoa (170 g cubed chicken, prepared
with chicken stock),
with onion, bell pepper, garlic, basil, sea salt and pepper
Weekdays On early mornings when Sherwin has to train, she packs a
breakfast of one cup of Fage Total 0 Percent Greek Yogurt (for calcium and protein) mixed
with a cup of fiber - rich berries (preferably raspberries or blackberries), an ounce of nutrient - dense almonds and exactly two Brazil nuts.
