Nearing the end of my pregnancy
as a senior associate in BigLaw, and I've spent about $ 600 on eight
dresses (mostly navy, black, and grey) that I can
wear for work, client meetings,
weekends, weddings, etc..
You can
dress them down for the
weekends or
wear one
as your third piece to the office.
For the wedding over the
weekend, I opted for a different pair of shoes but wish I had
worn these instead,
as I love how the lines of the
dress work with the ankle strap instead of more of a caged look.
For now, I've been
wearing them with casual denim on the
weekends,
as seen with this eyelet and overall combo, but once the weather actually cooperates I can't wait to
wear them with a floral skirt or linen
dress and bare legs.
So you're probably wondering why I
wore this outfit for a
weekend excursion to Central Park... Well the story is kinda goofy, maybe even a little embarrassing, but Nick and I thought it would be fun to get
dressed up and play
as if we were these big time shoppers dropping tons of $ $ at all the shops on 5th and Madison Avenues.
I was
wearing this over the
weekend as we had lovely weather here in the UK and it was a nice lightweight jersey
dress to
wear in the heat.
I totally fell for the J. Crew version of this sweater — I love that I can
wear it to work or
dress it down for the
weekend like you did,
as most of the graphic novelty sweaters / shirts can't be
worn in dressy situations.
A colorful beach coverup you can
wear with flip flops, or
as a looser sack
dress for
weekend grocery store trips.
Although I will not
wear this
dress to school, there will be plenty of times to
wear it, such
as weekends, home -
wear and travels (very handy, since it is so wrinkle - friendly and made of very thin material, so it takes up no place at all in your suitcase).
It works
dressed up and down (think flat boots and leggings),
as weekend -
wear or at the office (with skinny trousers and pumps).
There are plenty of ways to
wear a checked coat,
as you can easily
dress it up for the office or for running errands, and you can
dress it down for casual
weekend vibes.
This
dress I'm
wearing today can be
worn to work with strappy sandals and a structured belt (
as I often do) but also works
weekends with cozy cardigans and floppy hats.
I hope you're not tired of this
dress as I've previously shared it here and here, but I had to show it
as I
wore it to the wedding last
weekend.
For this particular outfit I
wore it out shopping with my mom in Athens while we were visiting my brother this past
weekend for his parents
weekend so I keep it rather casual underneath but I'm excited to
dress it up
as well!
In high school hoop earrings were against the
dress code, so I
wore them on
weekends as much
as possible.
The second
dress I am
wearing, also from H&M and also under # 20 (Off - the - shoulder
dress, # 19.99), is perfect for wandering around
as a tourist, for normal
weekend activities (brunch, shopping of course), or even for work,
as it can be
dressed up (with heels) or down (with trainers)
as required.
So I jump at the opportunity of
wearing dresses over the
weekend as it's much warmer where I live.

weekend I went to my boyfriend's cousin's wedding and
as the weather was also extremely beautiful, I chose to
wear this gorgeous River Island Pink and White Scuba Bodycon
Dress (and isn't it just divine?).
You may think of that cute denim
dress that may be hiding in the back of your closet
as a summertime staple for
wearing on easy
weekend days.
Wear our in - famous bamboo jersey top
as a base for layering or for casual
weekend dressing.
Add Meryl Streep to the list of people confused by Rose McGowan's
weekend outburst against women planning to
wear black
dresses as a protest on the Golden Globe Awards red carpet in January.
Cusack's Curtis
as action man in a plain black suit and tie (his limo driver's outfit) or plastic surgeon Dr. Gordon Silberman (Thomas McCarthy)

weekends have been beating people up
