When I was a gym member, I dreaded
my weekly workouts, often skipped sessions and felt guilty frequently.
So, why not incorporate
my weekly workouts into my calendar as well?
I used to avoid squat days because I would end up so sore, but now I suck it up and make sure I incorporate at least one lower body day into
my weekly workouts.
I use so many different variations of bodyweight squats during boot camp training and in my workouts for both Torched In 20 and
the weekly workouts for Fit Women's Weekly.
I'm considering sharing
my Weekly Workouts with y ’ all again each week.
Starting a new tradition here as many of you always ask me what I'm cooking and
my weekly workouts.

So every week I'm sharing
my Weekly Workouts, my many paleo recipes AND my Fashion Fridays all in hopes of getting you inspired in and outside of the kitchen.
A recap of

That being said in order to progress in strength you may need to add some more volume to
your weekly workouts.

Weekly Workouts + I Officially Scheduled My First PT Session!
I will get you started with
weekly workouts and meal plans through my program called Fit Women's Weekly.
The Fit Women's
Weekly workouts are your base for great fitness, health, weight loss, and getting stronger.
During the week I still walk but my main
weekly workouts incoprates intense cardio exercises, yoga and pilates) and keep a healthy diet, at least for a significant part, but I can not lose weight.
(Not to mention the bodyweight
weekly workouts in Fit Women's Weekly are also highly cardio based because they are so fast.)
The best thing about it is
my weekly workouts can be tweaked to use weight and really ramp up the intensity of them.
These weekly workouts will develop your strength and stamina, but will also pack on more muscle to your frame.

In order to maintain the physique one weekly whole body workout gives enough muscle stimulation to maintain muscle mass (calories have to be lowered on the second half of the week in comparison to 2

I dreaded climbing up and down the burpee ladder but I soon came to crave the energizing effect of
my weekly workouts with Craig and his crew.
