I've
been attempting to eat
Vegan 5 days out
of the
week to see if I notice a difference in health.
This
week, I wanted to re-create my favorite Ben & Jerry's ice cream flavor, making it
vegan (though B&J came out with their own non-dairy ice cream, which
is so awesome) and nutritious with the addition
of a few energizing superfoods.
My kitchen has
been dominated by PPK recipes for the past couple
of weeks thanks to
Vegan Brunch and Appetite for Reduction.

After my talk at The Whole Life Expo a couple
weeks ago for Prana Bio, they gave me a whole bunch
